A Rural Life Christmas

8:00 am until 6:00 pm
Enjoy the holiday season outdoors with a 19th century Louisiana Christmas celebration at the LSU Rural Life Museum. Decorations bristled with natural trimmings representative of special times of long ago will be displayed throughout the Museum’s grounds.
All day artisan demonstrations will include syrup making, open hearth cooking, textiles, soap making, and blacksmithing, just to name a few.

The event will conclude with a bonfire and holiday treats upon exiting the event.
Admission: $10.00 per person, 10 years and under free.
