Thank you for your interest in submitting your event for consideration on the Visit Baton Rouge Calendar.
Before submitting, please know:
- Events are usually approved within one week depending on submission volume. If you submit an event less than one week before the event's start date, we cannot guarantee it will be approved in time.
- The Event Calendar is intended for events held in the East Baton Rouge Parish.
- We reserve the right to deny or remove any events from the Visit Baton Rouge calendar without notice.
- Events not likely to be approved: localized events such as civic and community meetings/functions; networking or professional events; local fundraisers or charity events; happy hours (partners, this is considered a “special offer” and can be added on the extranet); summer camps; political or religious events
- In consideration for your ability to post material, documents, information, or other media advertising your business on the Visit Baton Rouge extranet and website, you represent that (1) you own the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right therein or you have a license regarding use thereof; (2) posting on the Visit Baton Rouge Extranet and website will not be a violation of any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any other person (3) you will defend and indemnify Visit Baton Rouge in the event any third party alleges that the material, document, information or other media you downloaded violates any rights of this third party. Visit Baton Rouge may remove any material, document, information or other media downloaded to the Visit Baton Rouge it deems inappropriate for any reason.
