Baton Rouge Blues Festival

April 16, 2027

The Baton Rouge Blues Festival is a free, family-friendly festival, produced by the Baton Rouge Blues Foundation and is held in downtown Baton Rouge every spring.

Originating in 1981, this festival is one of the oldest blues festivals in the United States and celebrates Baton Rouge as home of the swamp blues. While you're in town, make the most of your weekend by swinging by popular blues hangouts like Phil Brady's or the one-of-a-kind Teddy's Juke Joint, where you might just stumble upon some of the greats jammin' out. Grab your dancin' shoes and make your weekend plans – the Baton Rouge Blues Festival is one you don't want to miss!

For more information on the Baton Rouge Blues Festival, find the festival on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, or their website at brblues.org.
