For an overall food experience that all of Louisiana loves, drive a few minutes outside Baton Rouge for Frank’s Restaurant, home to “the best homemade biscuits in the world.” This charming joint not only has every meal on the menu, but breakfast and lunch options with all kinds of Louisiana flavors. Choose from staples such as Beignet Bites and the Red Stick Benedict or the Chicken Fried Steak and Seafood Combo platter.
