Overview

The Louisiana State Museum premieres "We the People: America in the 21st Century" on June 23 at Capitol Park Museum in Baton Rouge. Featuring an immersive amphitheater of photographs by Pulitzer Prize–winning photographer Steven G. Smith, the exhibition presents a powerful and hopeful portrait of American identity through everyday people, places, landscapes, and shared experiences. The exhibition will run from June 23, 2026 until January 27, 2027.
