MODESTO Tacos Tequila Whiskey is fresh authentic Mexican creating a unique menu featuring signature tacos, including Al Pastor cooked on a Trompo (vertical rotisserie), Carne Asada, Pollo Adobado, Local Fish Tacos, Oaxacan style Carnitas, and Slow-Roasted Barbacoa, all on Homemade Corn Tortillas. The restaurant will also use from-scratch sauces, salsas and corn and flour tortillas, made off-site and brought to the restaurant fresh daily.

Ozzie Fernandez teamed up with Chef J.B. Bell to create dishes influenced by Fernandez’s mother, grandmothers, and even some of their original recipes. “Cajun and Mexican culture are very similar,” Fernandez says. “It’s all about entertainment around the dinner table.”
