Located in Baton Rouge, the Louisiana Culinary Institute (LCI) offers accredited associate degree programs in Hospitality and Culinary Management, Advanced Baking and Pastry, and Advanced Culinary Arts. Regarded as the culinary educational epicenter of Louisiana, LCI operates out of a 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, including 2 project kitchens, dining hall, 3 bakeshops, 3 demo labs, main kitchen, media center, amphitheatre, herb garden, citrus grove, smoke house, and multiple educational class rooms. LCI boasts a high graduate job placement rate and a low student to teacher ratio.
