Join CPRA for our Nature and Wildlife event on Sunday, October 4, from 1–4 p.m. at the LSU Center for River Studies!
This free, family-friendly event lets you experience what makes Louisiana's coast extraordinary and why conservation efforts matter so much. Get an up-close look at coastal wildlife and learn about the plants and animals that call Louisiana's coast home.
River Model tours will be offered throughout the event, giving visitors an important look at how the Mississippi River has shaped our coast and how the River Model guides the future of coastal restoration and protection efforts!
Need a treat? Lagniappe Beignets will be on site with sweet treats available for purchase throughout the event!
