The Taste Buds launched Zea Rotisserie & Bar. Inspired by the rotisserie cooking found at European food markets, Zea became a polished casual restaurant serving classic American fare infused with mouth-watering international flavors including our own Southern, Cajun, South Louisiana flair. You can find their other locations in the New Orleans area, Lafayette, and Baton Rouge.
