Announcing the Fall 2020 Season of Sunday in the Park

BATON ROUGE, LA – October 4, 2020: This October, the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge is proud to announce the return of the Sunday in the Park concert series! This Fall’s lineup features the talent of Perkins Road, Polly Pry, That 70’s Band, The Mixed Nuts, The Original Pinettes Brass Band, and Curley Taylor. Come enjoy these free, outdoor events at the Shaw Center for the Arts Plaza from 2-5pm on the dates listed below:

 

Fall 2020 Lineup:

  • October 11 – Perkins Road
  • October 18 – Polly Pry
  • October 25 – That 70’s Band
  • November 1 – The Mixed Nuts
  • November 8 – The Original Pinettes Brass Band
  • November 15 – Curley Taylor

 

Sunday in the Park is an annual concert series featuring a variety of local musicians at an outdoor venue. These family-friendly events are supported by the Office of the Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome, the Baton Rouge Metro Council, New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation, Essential Federal Credit Union, Shaw Center for the Arts, Manship Theatre, Capital City Grill, and 225 Magazine.
