If the weather turns bad, there is no fee to cancel due to weather as long as you inform us by email or phone at least 6 hours before your scheduled setup window. If you were required to pay a reservation payment, the payment amount will be saved as a rain check available for credit within 1 year, in your name. If you have to cancel for other reasons, please contact us as we are always willing to work with you

2. Add items to your cart as needed - View the contents of your cart by selecting the cart icon on the bottom right of your screen
3. Select your rental period - if the items are available, you will be able to continue to checkout.
4. Submit the information requested at checkout - be sure to read the rental contract, especially for concrete tent rental set ups.
5. Use code “Quote” at checkout to receive a quote OR leave blank and continue to payment. 25% of the order total is due to reserve your rentals.
6. Check your email for our confirmation, contract signature, remaining balance payment, and drop off/pick up details!
Our 20x20 tents start at $460 including delivery, setup, and removal within 15 miles of Baton Rouge (70816) for 1-3 day rental periods.
