Looking to get away from stuffing attendee bags? With sustainability in mind, Visit Baton Rouge has created a Welcome Experience Box. This will allow you to do a fun table set-up at your event or place items at your registration area. Your attendees will have access to both print and digital resources from Visit Baton Rouge.

*Please note that Welcome Boxes weigh 30+ pounds each. Visit Baton Rouge can provide a dolly for loading, but please bring someone to assist you if you feel additional help is needed.
