Tour the best kept secret in the Feliciana Hill Country. Originally built in the 1830 by William Ruffin Barrow. After being struck by lightning in 1960, Greenwood Plantation was restored to its former glory by Walton and Richard Barnes. Featured in films including Louisiana and North and South. A bed and breakfast is located on the grounds. Greenwood Plantation may be used as a location site only for weddings and receptions. The wedding consultant can make referrals including catering professionals and floral services. Some chairs and tables with linens are provided at no additional charge.
