Small Batch Pasta Our pasta is made fresh and handmade in small batches with only the natural sweetness and nutritional value of the finest pure Durum semolina wheat.
Cut Using Bronze Dies Using the traditional way of cutting pasta, Dagostino Pasta uses bronze dies that were created specifically for each shape to give a rough texture that not only cooks better but also absorbs the sauce.
Air-Dried in Wooden Cellars The pasta is carefully looped over wooden rods, straightened, then air-dried in wooden cellars for three days. The pasta is then stripped one stick or screen at a time, and hand-packed to ensure the freshest, best-tasting pasta you will ever buy.
