Nervous about cooking Thanksgiving dinner? Don’t be! Chef Jeanne Mancuso will sharing her all-time favorite, can’t-miss recipes for a flavor-packed feast. We’ll cover the ins and outs of brining and roasting poultry to ensure a tender, juicy bird with super-crispy skin. You’ll learn the key to making fluffy mashed potatoes and glazed butternut squash. We’ll balance heavy dishes with a delightfully light dessert—think velvety pumpkin mousse spiked with Bourbon whipped cream.
Hands On Menu Includes:
- Dry-Brined Roasted Turkey Breast
- Perfect Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes with Classic Turkey Gravy
- Cider Glazed Butternut Squash
- Green Beans with Caramelized Pecans
- Pumpkin Mousse with Bourbon Whipped Cream
All leisure classes include hands-on instruction from our ACF Certified Chef Instructors, food materials, LCI apron, and recipe booklet.
A face mask is required to enter the building. The face mask must be worn the entire time over mouth and nose. Gaiters/bandanas are not accepted as face masks. Please DO NOT enter the building if you are experiencing symptoms or are sick.

Cancellations - Due to planning and staffing in advance of each class, special ordered product, and perishable items, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class. Gift certificates are considered redeemed for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class.
If there is an unexpected cancellation for a leisure class from LCI, you will be contacted at the phone number and email provided during sign up. A refund in the form of a check or credit to another currently open leisure class will be available.
