Start your weekend on a delicious note with fresh stuffed breads ! In this hands-on class, we’ll show you how simple it can be to make everything from classic yeasted breads to fabulous filled varieties. Chef Jeanne Mancuso will walk you through incorporating flavors and creating glazes from scratch. After mastering a few essentials, you’ll look forward to impressing family and friends with your own savory and oh-so-tasty treats.

- Flakey Honey Apple Brioche Bread

Tickets are required to attend this event. Tickets must be purchased at https://www.lci.edu/store/Stuffed-Breads-p479521526 to attend. Due to the nature of our leisure classes, walk-ins are not accepted. If redeeming a gift certificate, please call LCI at 225-769-8820.
Cancellations - Due to planning and staffing in advance of each class, special ordered product, and perishable items, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class. Gift certificates are considered redeemed for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class.
If there is an unexpected cancellation for a leisure class from LCI, you will be contacted at the phone number and email provided during sign up. A refund in the form of a check or credit to another currently open leisure class will be available.
