Join Chef Colt Patin to create an assortment of sausages & vegetables from start to finish to create a charcuterie board. Learn how to use a meat grinder, sausage stuffer, and smoker. Guaranteed impress your guests!

All leisure classes include hands-on instruction from our ACF Certified Chef Instructors, food materials, LCI apron, and recipe booklet.

Tickets are required to attend this event. Tickets must be purchased at https://www.lci.edu/store/Charcuterie-101-p424880624 to attend. Due to the nature of our leisure classes, walk-ins are not accepted. If redeeming a gift certificate, please call LCI at 225-769-8820.
Cancellations - Due to planning and staffing in advance of each class, special ordered product, and perishable items, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class. Gift certificates are considered redeemed for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class.
If there is an unexpected cancellation for a leisure class from LCI, you will be contacted at the phone number and email provided during sign up. A refund in the form of a check or credit to another currently open leisure class will be available.
