Even your littlest astronomers will enjoy Moon Bear’s Shadow story time and activity with our planetarium educators.
At 2 PM, join us in the planetarium for a featurette on the Great American Solar Eclipse of 2017 followed by Earth, Moon & Sun to learn more about the relationship of these celestial bodies. Visitors will also examine the basics of fusion and solar energy; why the sun rises and sets; solar and lunar eclipses; and the Moon’s orbit, craters and phases.
