Join Chef Jeanne Mancuso on a French Culinary adventure! Travel through the different regions of France to make a scrumptious meal. Start in the Burgundy region to to create a classic Beef Bourguignon that would make anyone's taste buds go wild! Ending this adventure, you will visit Lamotte-Beuvron in Sologne with a Classic French Tarte Tatin.
Hands On Menu Includes:
- Wild Mushroom and Onion Galette
- Apple and Fennel Salad with Hazelnuts
- Beef Bourguignon
- Pear Tarte Tatin
