Show off your creative holiday style with edible decorations to create your own unique winter wonderland cake! Join Chef Jeanne Mancuso to bake meringue mushrooms and spice cookies. Decorate with fondant, create pumpkin seed pine cones, and learn how to sugar rosemary and cranberries. Together, we will elevate this holiday classic by stacking layers of cake with delicious frosting and decorating it with our creations. A masterpiece for your holiday table!

All leisure classes include hands-on instruction from our ACF Certified Chef Instructors, food materials, LCI apron, and recipe booklet.
A face mask is required to enter the building. The face mask must be worn the entire time over mouth and nose. Gaiters/bandanas are not accepted as face masks. Please DO NOT enter the building if you are experiencing symptoms or are sick.

Cancellations - Due to planning and staffing in advance of each class, special ordered product, and perishable items, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class. Gift certificates are considered redeemed for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class.
If there is an unexpected cancellation for a leisure class from LCI, you will be contacted at the phone number and email provided during sign up. A refund in the form of a check or credit to another currently open leisure class will be available.
