In this fun workshop, young chefs will practice essential kitchen skills and master cooking fundamentals. Chef Jeanne Mancuso will get hands-on and cover all the basics such as rules for handling knives, how to read and follow recipes, measuring and mixing, and the importance of kitchen safety. Your 8 to 13-year-old will learn skills and create an impressive menu of restaurant-style dishes.

*A temperature check and mask will be required to enter the building. Anyone registering 100.4 degrees and above will not be admitted into the building. The mask must be worn during the entire time in the building. Due to current COVID-19 related mandates, participants will be spread out and must wear a mask upon entry to LCI. Parents or Guardians cannot be in the room, but may stand outside and may watch the child work through several windows.
