Join Chef Kevin Foil to delve into the sometimes intimidating and often confusing world of food and wine pairing.
Sample dishes prepared by our culinary team while discussing the elements important to pairing food with wine and wine with food. Learn why those really do mean different things and how they can change your decision-making process.
Each dish will be served with a small sampling of wines as we examine and evaluate each pairing to determine which wine works best with each dish.

*This course will be restricted to participants age 21 and over only. Valid picture IDs will be checked before the class begins.
*A temperature check and mask will be required to enter the building. Anyone registering 100.4 degrees and above will not be admitted into the building.
