Join Chef Jeanne Mancuso and get swanky with this end of summer menu. She will guide you through making a satisfying quick bread, grilling chicken with a sun-dried tomato sauce. To finish, you 'll learn to make a sweet & tart lemon lime margarita cake. This meal will be perfect for an end of summer gathering!

- Fig and Goat Cheese Galette with Homemade Crust

- Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Breast
- Lemon/Lime Margarita Cake

Tickets are required to attend this event. Tickets must be purchased at https://www.lci.edu/store/Goodbye-to-Summer-p479510034 to attend. Due to the nature of our leisure classes, walk-ins are not accepted. If redeeming a gift certificate, please call LCI at 225-769-8820.
Cancellations - Due to planning and staffing in advance of each class, special ordered product, and perishable items, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class. Gift certificates are considered redeemed for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class.
If there is an unexpected cancellation for a leisure class from LCI, you will be contacted at the phone number and email provided during sign up. A refund in the form of a check or credit to another currently open leisure class will be available.
