From Dock to Dish


Begin your voyage with the stories of a Louisiana shrimper aboard the Coca-J. Once a shrimp trawler in the bays near Grand Isle, the Coca-J now serves as a focal point in the Capitol Park Museum. After the boat leaves the dock, grab a mug from a Louisiana brewery and take part in activities like a shrimp peeling competition and cooking demonstrations while sampling shrimp dishes from Louisiana chefs!
