Destiny Manzella Live Thursday October 1st 6pm http://www.destinymanzella.com/ A professional singer-songwriter, guitarist, pianist and percussionist. Destiny’s blue eyed soul style takes inspiration from pop, blues, Motown, reggae, jazz, gospel, and is influenced by her New Orleans roots. For six years now since she was thirteen she has been performing professionally, singing and playing guitar and piano in selected venues, events, and many established Louisiana Festivals. Destiny began writing and recording her own music when she was fourteen and is asked to perform at many Songwriter events. She recorded her first EP on Bluzman Records for promotion and was released in January 2015. Her newest all original EP is due for release in the fall of 2020. Destiny was also invited to sing at Carnegie Hall in her high school years with the Honors Performance Series of selected talented students from around the world. Since her childhood dance and music have been part of her life which attribute to her superior talent at such a young age. Her great work ethics, stamina, drive and pure love for the music have led to her being such an accomplished artist and succeeding with her scholastic and musical career. Currently Destiny is a sophomore at Loyola University School of Music Industry in New Orleans on a full scholarship. She also performs for Loyola with a jazz quartet, and as a solo act at events in New Orleans and at Loyola. Destiny says her heart is in music and will learn all aspects of music and the music business. Look for Destiny later this year on tour performing solo and with her band promoting her new EP and video in many venues, festivals and events in the Gulf Coast region and more.
