Join Chef Jeanne Mancuso to highlight and indulge your senses with a menu that’s perfect for celebrating any occasion. Come learn techniques for wrapping buttery-soft tenderloin in a crisp and flaky pastry. Together, we will then dress up broccoli in a sophisticated new way and make ultra-fluffy potatoes. Ending the night with a pumpkin crème brûlée’ and spiced whip cream.
Hands On Menu Includes:
- Crostini with Roasted Butternut Squash Purée, Honey and Manchego
- Beef Wellington
- Charred Broccoli with Manchego, Hazelnuts, and Maple Syrup
- Ultra-Fluffy Mashed Potatoes
- Pumpkin Crème Brûlée with Spiced Whipped Cream
All leisure classes include hands-on instruction from our ACF Certified Chef Instructors, food materials, LCI apron, and recipe booklet.
A face mask is required to enter the building. The face mask must be worn the entire time over mouth and nose. Gaiters/bandanas are not accepted as face masks. Please DO NOT enter the building if you are experiencing symptoms or are sick.

Cancellations - Due to planning and staffing in advance of each class, special ordered product, and perishable items, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class. Gift certificates are considered redeemed for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class.
If there is an unexpected cancellation for a leisure class from LCI, you will be contacted at the phone number and email provided during sign up. A refund in the form of a check or credit to another currently open leisure class will be available.
