In this hands-on 2 part workshop, join Chef Jeanne Mancuso to practice skills ranging from mixing and laminating dough to shaping, filling and baking croissants. Take home 24 complete croissants filled with ham & cheese, almond, chocolate, or plain!
Class 1: May 15 from 9 AM - 1 PM

Class 2: May 22 from 9 AM - 12 PM

- Creating Fillings
*A temperature check and mask will be required to enter the building. Anyone registering 100.4 degrees and above will not be admitted into the building. The mask must be worn during the entire time in the building.
