Join Chef Colt Patin to explore different techniques of preparing fried chicken: Wet Batter vs Dry Batter, Sous-Vide then Deep Fried.
- Sous-Vide: Modern Chicken Sandwich – Sous-Vide Boneless Chicken Thigh Battered and Deep Fried, Hawaiian Sweet Roll, Dill Pickles, Sriracha infused Mayo
- Dry Batter: We are going to prepare our own version of the 12 Herbs and Spices Fried Chicken
- Wet Batter: We are going to prepare a Cajun Wet Batter-Fried Chicken
- Side Dishes: Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Tangy Cole Slaw, Buttermilk Drop Biscuits
