Join Chef Colt Patin to explore different techniques of preparing fried chicken: Wet Batter vs Dry Batter, Sous-Vide then Deep Fried.
Sous-Vide: Modern Chicken Sandwich – Sous-Vide Boneless Chicken Thigh Battered and Deep Fried, Hawaiian Sweet Roll, Dill Pickles, Sriracha infused Mayo
Dry Batter: We are going to prepare our own version of the 12 Herbs and Spices Fried Chicken
Wet Batter: We are going to prepare a Cajun Wet Batter-Fried Chicken
Side Dishes: Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Tangy Cole Slaw, Buttermilk Drop Biscuits

*A temperature check and mask will be required to enter the building. Anyone registering 100.4 degrees and above will not be admitted into the building. The mask must be worn during the entire time in the building.
