Join Chef Jeanne Mancuso to join the best of both worlds: craft beer & food! Learn to create delicious dishes using local beers, sure to satisfy!

Hands On Menu Includes:
• Porter and Honey-Braised Short Ribs
• Roasted Fingerlings with Beer Cheese
• Beer-Braised Greens with Bacon and Caramelized Onions
• Stout chocolate cupcakes

Participants must be 21+. A valid form of picture ID will be required upon check in to this class.

*Per CDC and Governor mandate, face masks are only required for those NOT vaccinated. Please DO NOT enter the building if you are sick.

All leisure classes include hands-on instruction from our ACF Certified Chef Instructors, food materials, LCI apron, and recipe booklet.
