Beware, Halloween has officially arrived in the Capital City! From haunted plantations to festive parades, Baton Rouge is sure to have something for the whole family to enjoy. Grab that pumpkin spice latte and get ready for a scare. If you dare!

Throughout the next few weeks we will be keeping you posted on everything Halloween, so let's continue with a few family favorites: Corn Maze at Burden and Yelp! Howl-O-Ween parade.

Pack up the family and head to the Burden Center, located off Essen Lane, for a little crazy, maizy fun at this year's Corn Maze. Tour the Corn Maze October 3, 10, 17 and 24 from 10am - 6pm.

On Saturday, October 31 make plans to attend the Burden Center's Night Maze and Bonfire from 10am-9pm. Start the day off with a stroll through the Corn Maze and then warm up by the bonfire while enjoying seasonal treats and listening to Halloween tunes.





yelp! howl-o-ween parade
GoBR with Yelp! Baton Rouge this Halloween! Join them for their Howl-O-Ween Parade. The event will be held at BREC's City-Brooks Park on Saturday, October 31 from 11am - 2pm. 

The costume parade for pups will begin at noon. The event will feature food, drinks, prizes for costume winners, t-shirt sales, face painting and more! Looking to adopt a puppy? Yelp! will also have adoptable dogs at the event!
