Music enthusiasts and wine lovers gathered Wednesday to celebrate the announcement of the Baton Rouge Symphony’s 2009-2010 Season at the Wine Loft in Downtown Baton Rouge. The symphony held its announcement in conjunction with the latest Downtown Baton Rouge event “Wine Walk Wednesdays.” Wine Walk Wednesdays is a weekly wine tasting adventure through several restaurants in Downtown Baton Rouge. The Baton Rouge Symphony’s baton provides magical, musical movement for the 2009-2010 Season. The Symphony’s Entergy Masterworks concert series begins September 17, 2009 with six concert dates including October 15, 2009; November 19, 2009; February 11, 2010; March 18, 2010; and concludes April 15, 2010. All of the Entergy Masterworks concerts will be held at the River Center Theatre at 7:30pm.
