Kelton ‘Nspire Harper and Pushback LLC announce debut of “Nspire’s Be a Blessing Show”
Sunday, March 21 at 1:35am (CST) on WBRZ Television

Baton Rouge, LA (March 4, 2021)…Kelton ‘Nspire Harper and Pushback LLC are pleased to announce the debut of “Nspire’s Be a Blessing Show” on Sunday, March 21 at 1:35am on WBRZ Television, Channel 2. The thirty minute weekly variety show encourages positive change through music, comedy and inspirational words. The show is written and directed by motivational speaker and spoken word artist Kelton ‘Nspire Harper. Episodes will air weekly through April and May at the same time.

The debut episode entitled “Fear of Change” focuses on overcoming obstacles. Guest interview is Donna Barnes, a licensed abuse counselor with skit performers ‘Nspire, Reginald Joseph, Jr. and Scofield Grant. The featured song, “A New Us,” is performed by ‘Nspire with house band members Scofield Grant on keyboards, Jim Stone on drums, Larry Dillon on bass and Reginal Joseph, Jr. on backing vocals.

Episode two entitled “Conflict Resolution,” features a guest interview with Aileen Hendricks, founder of Louisiana Voices of Women (LAVOW), a female empowerment organization. In addition to Grant and Joseph, skit performers are Cierra Taylor (“Queen Sugar”) and Betty Sanders-Grant. Featured song is “People.”

“Receiving Constructive Criticism” is the theme of the third episode. It features local musicians and entrepreneurs Reginald Joseph, Jr. and Scofield Grant. The featured song is “Inspiration.” Skit performers are Challa Sabree, with rappers Josie Badd and Tru Skillz.

Each episode also includes Off the Cuff interviews that were filmed in downtown Baton Rouge and in and around Louisiana State University.

“Nspire’s Be A Blessing Show” is produced by Kelton ‘Nspire Harper and Pushback LLC. Videographer and editor is Earlie Barnes, Jr. All songs are written and performed by Kelton ‘Nspire Harper with musical performances shot at Henry Turner, Jr.s’ Listening Room. The show is also presented by Henry Turner, Jr.’s Listening Room Museum Foundation.
