Celebrating 200th Anniversary of East Baton Rouge Parish

Every Friday in July 2010, Galvez Plaza, Downtown Baton Rouge

The Sounds of Summer concert series is part of a parish-wide celebration of the 200th anniversary of the creation of East Baton Rouge Parish. Residents have expressed their appreciation for events such as Sunday in The Park and Live After Five, but they have noted that very little happens in the summer.
