Our tourism sales staff is available to discuss your needs for accommodations, tours, special events, dining, and shopping. We can send our local partners your specific request and they will contact you directly with rates, schedules and general information that will make your itinerary planning timely and efficient. Also, we can put together a custom itinerary for your group that will truly showcase the best of Baton Rouge!

Site Visits/ Familiarization Tours
Our tourism sales staff can arrange appointments for you to visit local accommodations, attractions, restaurants and tour sites before your group’s visit. Contact our staff for more information and please allow sufficient notice in order to make arrangements.

Free Departure Service and Gifts for Group Travelers
If your group overnights in Baton Rouge, be sure to call our office to book your FREE departure service. On the date of departure our hosts will meet the bus at your hotel and thank your guests for visiting Baton Rouge. Each guest will receive an oversized collector’s recipe card (1 of 5) featuring recipes from Chef John Folse’s Encyclopedia of Cajun and Creole Cuisine. Each card also contains a 10% discount coupon for products purchased on www.jfolse.com. We will also provide the escort of the tour company with an autographed copy of the Encyclopedia valued at $50, to use as a bus “door” prize or to keep in their kitchen. Please allow one week notice in order to make arrangements.
